It is obvious that in the competitive and fast moving world of today, each one of us have some ambitions in life. Even if we do not, our elders and our well- wishers keep advising and emphasising on the necessity to dream big, the reason, most often, is to earn big, but is that what ambition is all about? On being asked, most of us will give a prompt reply "I want to be a doctor" or "an engineer" or "a scientist". However do we actually aspire to be good citizens? We call certain professions 'noble' but how many professionals do we actually find to be 'noble'? Even while I am writing this article, I remember being extremely surprised when one of my academically admirable friend said he would like to be a social worker.
