Kolkata, as we say is in her gayest mood on the occasion of Durga Puja. This famous festival is the biggest event that takes place in the city, drawing crowds from their homes to indulge in the exhilaration and festivity. Every one enjoys visiting the different puja pandals. The beauty of the pandal decorations, the glare of the charming light works and the enigmatic idols of the deities fills everyone's heart with joy and excitement.

Besides the puja, other attractions include the renowned tourist destinations like The Victoria Memorial, The Alipore Zoo, The Birla Planetarium, The Indian Museum, The Eden Garden and many other places. The different souvenirs and historical remnants of the British empire in Victoria Memorial give us a taste of British India. The rejuvenating taste of the different Bengali delicacies is irresistible. These cannot be found in the other native places. Sweets of Kolkata are famous all over the world. The river Ganges passes through Kolkata. No wonder Kolkata is considered as the "City of Joy''.

A True Friend A true friend is the one who stays beside us in both good and bad times. Ram and Sam are an example of such friends. They love each other, believe each other, and trust each other. They share food, joys and sorrows with each other. They are the perfect example of true friendship. They live in the same complex.
