I was walking. alone down the lane,
When something shimmered in the light,
And I gazed and gazed,
At the amazing, wonderful sight.
Red. Blue, Yellow, Pink and Green
Scattered every where,
Hundreds and millions of flowers,
All over, here and there.
It seemed as if they were smiling
Staring and looking lovingly at me.
I could almost see them dancing in the breeze,
With lots and lots of glee.
They were arranged in a row,
Near and fair,
No flower was high or low,
Which made me stare.
I was filled with joy, happiness and glee,
Because those were the most beautiful flowers,
I ever did see.
I could feel the warmth of the sight,
Which filled my heart with pleasure.
It was a sight that I would remember,
And keep with me as a treasure
